If you select one of our listed properties, we manage the entire process: negotiation, due diligence, legal coordination and closing. You also gain access to our network of trusted professionals (lawyers, bank brokers, architects, inspectors and contractors). You pay no commission, as it is fully covered by the seller.

If you haven’t yet found the right property, we can represent you exclusively through a dedicated search mandate. We identify on- and off-market opportunities, organise viewings, negotiate on your behalf, and oversee all verifications and coordination. When the purchase is completed through us, you also pay no commission.
